Every pain point ORchestrate solves is one he lived firsthand: the scheduling stipend, the 12-hour days, the burnt-out chiefs, the providers citing travel as a reason for leaving. This isn’t a software company that read a whitepaper about anesthesia — this is someone who did the job.
