Braden is a chief CRNA managing scheduling across 23 hospitals and surgery centers in the Austin metro — overseeing 300 anesthesia providers daily. Every pain point ORchestrate solves is one he lived firsthand: the scheduling stipend, the 12-hour days, the burnt-out chiefs, the providers citing travel as a reason for leaving. This isn’t a software company that read a whitepaper about anesthesia — this is someone who did the job.
ORchestrate freed me from scheduling so I could focus on recruiting, building team culture, and doing the work I actually love — being in the OR.
