ORchestrate replaces the manual, hours-long daily job of staffing an anesthesia
group's operating rooms. You load your staff and the day's case list, hit one
button ("Allocate Staff"), and it returns a complete schedule in seconds — every
room covered, every provider placed, with any coverage gaps surfaced immediately.
It weighs every constraint at once: credentials, shift duration, pecking order,
home hospital, travel distance, case-type strength, provider preference, and
site/case requirements. Multi-site groups minimize travel; single-site groups
maximize speed. Manual overrides are always available — pre-place a provider or a
request case, then let the algorithm build the rest around your inputs.

information are processed on the customer's behalf and are governed by the
Master Service Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, and Business Associate
Agreement — not by the public Privacy Policy. Where a customer's use involves
PHI, Orchestrate AI LLC acts as that customer's HIPAA business associate and
will sign a Business Associate Agreement.
